To access features like video uploads, tips, gifts, fundraising and live video chat, you must verify your profile.
1. Click on Become Creator from the main user menu.
2. Fill in the required fields: name, last name, date of birth, country, location and ID number.
3. Upload the required documents:
• A front/back photo of your ID (passport, ID card or driving license).
• A photo of you holding your ID and a handwritten note with your username and today’s date.
4. Add any messages for the staff if needed.
5. Click on Request Approval to submit.
Note: Your data is secure and will never be visible or shared with third parties.
To protect users from accidental or unauthorized deletion, account removal is not automatic.
1. Log in to your BakecaSocial account using your credentials.
2. Go to the “Support” section from the main menu.
3. Open a new ticket and select the “Delete account” category.
4. Briefly explain your request and submit the ticket.
Our team will verify your identity and permanently delete your account within 72 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
You can change your password from the account settings section.
1. Go to Settings and open the “Password” tab.
2. Enter your current password in the “Current Password” field.
3. Type your new password in the “New Password” field.
4. Repeat it in the “Repeat Password” field.
5. Click “Save” to apply the change.
Make sure your new password is secure and different from the previous one.
You can change the email address linked to your account from the settings panel.
1. Log in to your BakecaSocial account.
2. Go to Settings and open the “General” tab.
3. Find the “E-mail” field and enter your new address.
4. Click “Save” to confirm the change.
You will need to confirm the new email address by clicking the link we send you to complete the update.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it in a few steps:
1. Go to the login page: https://www.bakecasocial.com
2. Click on “Forgot password?” below the login form.
3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
4. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
5. Click the link, enter your new password, and confirm.
If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
If you didn’t receive the confirmation email after signing up, try the following:
1. Check your spam or junk folder in your email account.
2. Make sure you entered the correct email address when registering.
3. Wait at least 5 minutes, as some emails may be delayed.
4. If you use Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail or MSN, check your “Spam” or “Junk” folders.
5. Contact support through the help section in the main menu.
Note: You won’t be able to use all platform features until your account is confirmed.
To sign up on BakecaSocial, follow these steps:
1. Visit the page: https://www.bakecasocial.com/register2. Fill in all required fields: first name, last name, date of birth, email address, password, confirm password, and select your identity (I am / We are).
3. Check the boxes for reCAPTCHA and to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
4. Click Let’s Go! to complete your registration.
5. Check your inbox and click the confirmation link to activate your account.
Note: all users start as regular users. To become a Creator, log in and click “Become a Creator” from the main menu.
You can manage who can interact with your profile and what others can see about you by customizing your privacy settings.
To update your privacy preferences:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your profile picture at the top right and go to Settings.
3. Select the Privacy tab.
You’ll find a list of settings including:
• Who can follow you
• Who can send you messages
• Who can see your friends list
• Who can post on your timeline
• Who can see your birthday
• Confirm requests before accepting followers
• Show your last seen status (Only available for Pro Orange level and above)
• Send profile visit notifications (Only available for Pro Blue level and above)
• Show your activity
• Status (Online/Offline)
• Share your location with the public
• Allow search engines to index your profile and posts
After making changes, click Save to apply your settings.
You can block any user on BakecaSocial if you no longer want them to interact with you.
To block a user:
1. Visit the profile of the user you want to block.
2. Click on the three vertical dots near their profile picture.
3. Select Block User from the menu.
That user will no longer be able to message you or interact with your content.
To unblock a user:
1. Click on your profile picture and go to Settings.
2. Open the Blocked Users section.
3. Click on the Unblock button next to the user’s name to remove the block.
You can choose whether or not to receive notifications for specific activities, both inside the platform and by email.
To change your preferences:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your profile picture (top-right) and select Settings.
3. Click on Notifications.
4. Use the two available tabs:
• Notification Settings: for system notifications on the platform.
• Email notification: to choose which alerts are sent to your email inbox.
Configurable types:
• Likes, comments, shares on your posts
• New followers
• Profile visits
• Tags / mentions
• Group joins
• Accepted follow requests
• Memory reminders and timeline posts
• Private messages (email only)
You can enable or disable each setting individually and click Save to apply.
We recommend checking your preferences regularly to stay in control.
You can update your main profile information at any time.
1. Log in to your BakecaSocial account.
2. Go to Settings → General → Profile.
3. Here you can change your first and last name, “About me” section, location, school, workplace, website, email, phone and Telegram contact.
4. When finished, click “Save” to apply your changes.
You can also edit your profile picture and cover from the “Avatar & Cover” section.
The private chat on BakecaSocial allows you to communicate directly with other users.
1. Click the speech bubble icon at the top to view your recent private messages.
2. You can open an existing chat or start a new one from the user’s profile.
3. In the chat you can send text messages, emojis, GIFs, voice notes, images, videos and system-supported files.
4. You can customize the chat color to easily distinguish between active conversations.
5. Creators can also start voice and video calls directly from the chat window.
Private messaging is the best way to stay in direct and discreet contact with other users or fans.
You can edit the price of an already published private post directly from your feed or profile.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to the private post you want to edit.
2. Click the arrow icon ⌄ at the top right of the post.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Edit Post.
4. In the edit screen, locate the yellow background section reserved for private posts.
5. Enter the new price in euros and click Update.
Remember:
• If you set the price to 0€, the post will become public and the tip4unlock feature will be disabled.
• Once the tip4unlock feature is disabled, it cannot be re-enabled for the same post.
• A platform commission is automatically applied to all tips.
• Users who already unlocked the post at the previous price will not be affected by the change.
Publishing ads in the Marketplace on BakecaSocial is a feature available exclusively to creators.
Each listing is subject to review by our moderation team before it goes live.
To publish a new ad:
• Go to the Home page
• Click on the Sell product icon in the post creation area
• A new window will open where you’ll need to fill in the following fields:
• Title of the ad
• Description of the product or service
• Category
• Price and available quantity
• Location
• Phone number (optional)
• One or more photos
Once everything is filled in, click Publish. Your ad will become visible only after our staff has approved it.
Stories are temporary posts that remain visible for 24 hours and are reserved for creators only.
To create a new story:
1. Log in to your account.
2. At the top of the home page, locate the box with your profile picture and a + icon in the bottom-right corner.
3. Click the box to open the story creation page.
4. Optionally add text and upload one or more media files (photos or videos).
5. Click Create to publish your story.
You can publish multiple stories during the day. Each one will be automatically deleted after 24 hours.
If you are a verified Creator, you can create private posts that are only visible after a user leaves a tip (Tip4Unlock).
Steps
1. Click on the “What’s going on?” box from the homepage or your profile.
2. Upload the content you want to lock (image, video, file, etc.).
3. Check the box “Private Post” in the light yellow section.
4. Enter the amount in euros users must pay to unlock the post.
5. Click Share to publish the post.
Note
The Tip4Unlock feature is only available to verified Creator profiles.
A 20% commission is applied to the amount received.
You can create a new post directly from the homepage or your profile using the box that says “What’s going on?”
Initially, the post box shows only basic options (like “Upload Images” and “More”), but when you click to type, it expands to show all available features.

Extra features for Creators
If you're a verified Creator, you also get access to:
• Private posts with tip (Tip 4 Unlock)
• Ability to sell digital or physical products
• Live streaming
• Monetize your content through user credits
Public vs Private Post
• Public post: visible to everyone without restrictions.
• Private post: viewable only after paying a tip (Tip 4 Unlock). The creator sets the desired price, which is deducted from the user’s balance when unlocking the content.
Note: To access advanced features like paid private posts, your account must be verified and upgraded to Creator.
On BakecaSocial you can support your favorite creators by sending them a tip (gift) directly under public or private posts. It's a simple way to reward the content you enjoy the most.
• To send a tip, click the Gift button below the post you want to reward.
• A window will open with different gift options, from €1 to €100, each represented by an icon (smile, ring, rose, gift box, etc.).
• Select the desired amount and click Send to confirm.
• The amount will be instantly deducted from your available balance and notified to the creator.
Gifts do not unlock additional content but are a valuable and appreciated form of support.

“Tip 4 Unlock” posts are private contents that require a tip to be viewed. They can include photos, videos or text only accessible after payment.
• When a post is locked, you’ll see a preview with a padlock icon and a message stating the required amount (e.g. “Unlock with a tip - €12”).
• By clicking on “Tip” or on the post itself, a confirmation popup will appear asking if you want to proceed with the payment.
• If you confirm by clicking “Pay Now”, the amount will be deducted from your account balance and the content will be instantly unlocked.
• The system works securely and automatically: once unlocked, the content remains available to you in the future.

Note: You need to have enough credit in your account wallet to unlock a post.
Videos on BakecaSocial can be public, private, or paid (tip 4 unlock).
1. To play a video, click the play button in the center or bottom left corner.
2. To pause, click again on the same button.
3. Move the cursor along the progress bar to rewind or fast-forward.
4. Click the speaker icon to mute or unmute audio.
5. Use the gear icon to adjust video quality and playback speed.
6. Click the full-screen icon (two arrows) to expand the video.
7. On desktop only, you can activate PiP mode (picture-in-picture) by clicking the square icon with an arrow.

When you receive a tip or a payment for private content, the amount is initially recorded as Frozen Earnings.
This is for safety and internal verification purposes, to prevent abuse and protect users from fraudulent activity.
Release timing:
• Earnings are unlocked and become available for withdrawal 7 days after the transaction, unless extra checks are required.
• Frozen earnings are not included in your available balance and cannot be transferred or spent until unlocked.
Remember:
• Frozen earnings are automatically moved to your available balance once the waiting period ends.
• In case of suspicious activity, the hold period may be extended at the discretion of the security team.
You can transfer part of your credit to any other user registered on BakecaSocial from the My Wallet section.
To transfer credit:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on Wallet from the main menu.
3. In the Transfer credits section, click on Transfer Now.
4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
5. Search and select the recipient by username or email address.
6. Click Continue to complete the process.
Note: credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted into earnings. They can only be used within the platform.
If you’re a creator, you can request to withdraw your available earnings from the My Earnings page, accessible via the main menu or Settings > My Earnings.
The Request withdrawal section lets you select the amount to withdraw and the payment method. The available options are:
• PayPal: a 4% payment fee will be applied
• Bank transfer: no fee applied
Fill in the required fields (PayPal email or bank details) and click Send inquiry.
Each request is logged in the payment history below. For each record, you’ll see:
• Requested amount
• Payment method
• Date and time
• Status (Approved or Declined)
• Amount received
You’ll receive a platform notification and an email for each processed request. If a request is declined, no reason is included. If you need help, please open a support ticket.
Only creators can view the earnings section of their BakecaSocial account.
To check your earnings:
1. Open the main menu (click on your profile image).
2. Click on Earnings.
3. Alternatively, go to Settings > My Earnings.
On the earnings page, you will find three main sections:
• Earnings Summary: includes available earnings, frozen earnings (not withdrawable), and the total accumulated earnings. You'll also see a breakdown of:
• Today's earnings
• Last 7 days
• Last 30 days
• Total earnings (from account opening)
• Withdrawal Request: this section is explained in detail in the FAQ “How to withdraw my earnings”.
• Payment History: contains the full history of all your withdrawal requests, including both successful and declined ones.

You can manage your credits by clicking the “Wallet” button from the main menu. This will open the page where you can check your balance, top up, and transfer credits.
• Credits can be purchased via the “Add Funds” button, with preset or custom amounts.
• Transactions will appear as “Entertainment Network” or “BS-TOP-UP” on your statement.
• Credits are used to send tips, unlock content (tip 4 unlock), join campaigns, or support creators.
• Creators receive credits in their wallet and can track their earnings under “My Earnings”.
• You can transfer credits to any registered user using the “Transfer Now” feature.
Note: Only verified accounts are allowed to request a payout.
Hashtags and mentions are essential tools to increase visibility on BakecaSocial.
• Hashtags (e.g. #camgirl) help categorize your content and make it easier for interested users to find it.
• You can add hashtags in the post description, comments, or videos. Use the # symbol with no spaces.
• On the homepage (right column) you’ll find trending hashtags: using them may help your content appear on the main page.
• Choose relevant hashtags: 3 to 5 are enough. Avoid generic or unrelated tags.
• Mentions allow you to tag other users by writing @username. The mentioned user will receive a notification.
• Use mentions to involve others in your posts or comments, or for creator collaborations.
Well-chosen hashtags and smart mentions increase visibility, interactions, and potential earnings.
Your BakecaSocial account may be suspended or permanently banned in the following cases:
Cases that may lead to temporary suspension:
• Providing false, inaccurate or outdated registration information
• Posting content that has been reported and is under review
• Misuse of the support service (e.g., fake or abusive reports)
• Using automated systems to access or interact with the platform (bots, scripts, scraping)
• Use of stolen payment credentials or suspicious chargebacks
• Minor violations of content or behavior policies
• Ambiguous behavior in transactions (e.g., promises not fulfilled, content never delivered)
• Reports under evaluation for potentially fraudulent or dishonest conduct
Cases that may lead to permanent suspension or ban:
• Soliciting tips or payments by promising content or services without intending to deliver
• Using the platform to scam or deceive other users
• Uploading content involving minors (real or simulated)
• Sharing non-consensual material, hidden recordings, or explicit deepfakes
• Promoting violence, coercion, or humiliation without explicit consent
• Posting links or promoting external platforms (e.g., OnlyFans, Telegram) outside the allowed sections
• Arranging payments or interactions outside the platform
• Using the platform for unauthorized commercial activity or unfair competition
• Harassment, threats, or insults towards staff, collaborators, or users
• Repeated reports with documented evidence of misconduct
• Violations of privacy laws, copyright, or any applicable legislation
Warning: In case of serious or repeated violations, your account may be suspended without prior notice, and any available funds may be lost. Illegal activities may be reported to the competent authorities.
If a user shares inappropriate content or violates the platform rules, you can report them easily.
• To report a user, visit their profile, click the three dots next to the “Message” button, then choose “Report User”.
• To report a post, click the three dots at the top right of the post and select “Report Post”.
• Reports are anonymous: the reported user will not know your identity.
• Reports are manually reviewed by the moderation team. If rules are broken, actions may include a warning, suspension, or permanent ban.
Please use the report function responsibly. False or abusive reports may lead to account limitations.
You can easily change the site's display language in just a few clicks.
• From the home page, click on Language and choose your preferred option (English or Italian).
• Alternatively, scroll to the bottom of any page and click on Language in the footer to make the change.
• The selected language is automatically saved to your profile and will remain active for future sessions.
• For a better experience, we recommend changing the language from a tablet or desktop device.
If the site appears slow, incomplete or fails to load properly, try the following steps to resolve it.
• Reload the page or perform a hard refresh (PC: Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R).
• Clear your browser cache and cookies from the settings panel.
• Make sure you are using an updated browser (recommended: Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
• Disable browser extensions that might interfere, such as ad blockers or VPNs.
• Check that your internet connection is stable and fast enough.
• Try accessing the site from another device or browser to see if the issue is local.
